The 12th Annual Texas Tea Affair will be held on Sunday, April 17th, 2016 in La Porte from 1:30-4:30pm. This unique afternoon tea benefits the BAY AREA TURNING POINT Shelter offering support to local women and men escaping domestic violence in the Gulf Coast region. Each year, the Tea Affair provides an afternoon of fun, fashion, food, fellowship, invigorating speakers, tea and ornamented, themed tables to the Greater Houston community.
This year’s Texas Tea Affair is proud to announce that Donna Cole, President and CEO of Cole Chemical will be the guest speaker for this year’s event. Event chairs Heather Clary and Rhonda Dockery encourage guests to wear hats and fascinators to the tea. The afternoon will include a full lunch, scones, desserts, exotic tea, a fashion show, tea cup exchange, and vendor market.
Sponsors include: Texas Tea and Travel, Koala Health & Wellness, City of LaPorte, Shafaii, Cole Chemical, Texas Charm Trade Days, ASI Appliance, and Kountry Junkin’.
