And with all of your information saved, future checkouts will be faster and easier. While logged into your Tea in TexasTMaccount, you can also access your order status and previous order history. How Do I Sign Up?
Signing up for a Tea in TexasTM account is done simultaneously during the first time checkout process. You will enter a login and password along with all of your billing and contact information that will be associated with the account. If you want to register first before making a purchase, you can sign up at our Customer Registration Page. I Forgot My PasswordNo worries! Use our password recovery system on the sign in page if you’ve forgotten or lost your password. What is my login name?Your login or username is the email address you used to register the account with. If you do not remember the email address, please contact us. How can I change my shipping address?To change any of your account information including billing address, contact information or shipping address, you can log into your account and make updates. The account modification page will open as soon as you login. How long before I receive my order?All orders will be processed within five business days. All orders are shipped by UPS/ USPS and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Due to hot weather please make sure someone is available to accept the shipment at time delivery as some of our chocolate products are susceptible to melting. If you have any questions, please view your order status or call us at (832) 922-9335. Where can I find my order number?Your order number will help you identify a specific order if you are contacting us about an issue. The order number is available by checking order history, order status or the order confirmation form that appeared after you submitted your order. Viewing OrdersTo view you past orders, login to your account and click on the "My Orders" tab. This will show all of the order history on the account.Updating Account InformationTo change any of your account information including billing address, contact information or shipping address, you can log into your account and make updates. The account modification page will open as soon as you login.

TERMS AND REFUNDS

Shipping & Delivery
  • Orders will be processed within 48 hours or 2 business days of receipt of order (excluding weekends and holidays). All orders received after 12:00 pm MST will be processed the following business day.
  • Items will be shipped via United States Postal Service, UPS or courier service depending on your location. Due to hot weather please make sure someone is available to accept the shipment at time of delivery as some of our Chocolate products are susceptible to melting.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for standard ground delivery.
  • For orders over 100 lbs, please contact customer service to arrange for the best shipping method.
  • Tea in TexasTM accepts Visa, Mastercard, or Paypal.
Privacy & Security
Tea in TexasTM collects personal information (including your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address) only when you voluntarily submit it, e.g., when placing an order or requesting more information. It is the policy of Tea & Coffee CompanyTM to maintain the confidentiality of all personal information as confidential and to use it only for the specific purpose for which it was volunteered. We do not share or sell our lists with other firms or businesses. So don’t worry, no one knows if you prefer Darjeeling or Puerh for your morning cuppa.

Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of out products we can only accept returns or replacements for non-food items. Please contact our office at (832) 922-9335 if you require assistance with a return, all defective items require a pre-shipment RMA number. No returns will be accepted at our facilities without an RMA number.
