TEA TOURS

Take a Tour with Us and Learn about Tea!
You reserve your Bus. It can be a Precinct bus or your group's bus. We will meet you at the first stop and the tour will begin.

Sample Itinerary: 

10:00 a.m.      Meet your Tour Guide at Pioneer Memorial Log House Museum to       

                          visit the exhibits and a docent talk.

10:45 a.m.      Bus will depart for shopping at British Isles (British tea wares, teas and

                          other specialty items).

11:45 a.m.      Bus will depart for Tea Time at a local Tea Room. TEAinTEXAS Artisan

                           teas will be served.                

1:30 p.m.        Return to the first stop (Pioneer Memorial Log House Museum) where

                          Tour Guides will exit the bus and your group will head home.

 Door prizes and sample teas will be offered during the 5-hour tour. Guests learn about Tea 101, the History of Tea and Tea in History. Starting point will vary according to availability. Stops will be made at a British store for shopping and at a local Tea Room.  

NOTES:
  • Kindly advise of any wheelchair/walker access needed for museum entrance.  
  • Reserve your dates early, deadline to change/finalize TOTAL participants on Friday prior to tour. [50% Deposit due at that time.]  
  • We assume no responsibility for transportation or venue facilities/equipment errors. 
  • This sample itinerary gives a suggested route (inside 610 Loop).
  • Price: $36 per person (includes Tea Time)
  • Minimum of 20 guests, maximum of 40.
  • Price includes museum donation, step-on guide, snacks, prizes and teas. Transportation is not included since most groups have a precinct bus or church van.
All food allergies must be notified in writing by Friday deadline. We will advise the Tea Room of your dietary needs.
